Aspen workout

30-Minute Abs

Strengthen and tone those abdominal muscles with 30 minutes of total core conditioning that combines a variety of core exercises designed to sculpt your stomach.

 

Ski Fitness

Need a mid-season body tune-up? This class is for you. Ski fitness combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises with circuits and plyometrics to strengthen your entire body. This intense 60 minute class will get your heart rate-up, maximize your calories burned and sculpt your body for effortless on-slope fun!

 

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga encourages students to use yoga as a vehicle to reduce stress, find more happiness, and move beyond personal limitations. Enjoy strong yet compassionate class set to music. Vinyasa yoga links breath and movement through a nimble sequence of Sun Salutations and postures.

 

Butts & Guts

This intense workout is guaranteed to strengthen and stabilize you mid-section while defining and lifting your gluts like you've never seen before.

 

Cardio Blast

This class is a quick, 30-minute cardio class that will get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time. Take a break and come get your sweat on.

 

Cardio Sculpt

Sculpt your muscles while raising your heart rate with this dynamic combination of cardiovascular drills and powerful resistance training.

 

Jump Start

Wake up your body by toning your muscles and raising your heart rate with a combination of exercises that will get your day started off right.

 

Power Yoga

Upper Body Jam
