A form of chinese martial arts, Kung Fu is great for improving muscle coordination as well as overall cardiovascular fitness. Our Kids Kung Fu class is designed to build confidence and strength while demonstrating the discipline needed in martial arts.

MMA brings together a wide variety of fighting techniques from different areas martial arts, boxing and wrestling. Our MMA classes will show you why it has become so popular and did we mention, a great workout.

 

Kickboxing

Great as a cardio excercise as well as for muscle-sculpting, kickboxing can burn up to 800 calories per hour. A full body workout our Kickboxing classes work your arms, pecs, triceps, shoulders, core, thighs, and glutes.
